I pray that your love may remain…

Valentine’s is such an awesome day of the year.  When the day is new and the Florist’s cooler is packed with an assortment of roses, carns and daisies, the early shoppers take their time to pick and choose what would be their sweetie’s favorite.  Serious lovers call well in advance and stroll in to pick up their order, adding a hand written note on the card held by a plastic pick.

At the end of the day, late comers push the closing time forward, as they beg for anything that even resembles- a mere long shot- of what their true love means to them.  When the shop door is finally locked all that remains is a few popped balloons, fallen petals, and tired feet. The florist has a good feeling inside for helping people convey their love to those who really matter.

The big V Day is now history for this year.  What are your plans to keep the flame burning the rest of the year?  I ask you, “Will you think ahead?  Will you plan? Will you keep in mind the one you love, take time to write notes, sing songs, or go out to eat?”   Love is the oil for every aspect and cog of life. What are your plans to keep your hearts healthy all year long?
